Discernment counselling comes in handy when one partner is leaning in to the relationship (wants to stay) and the other may be leaning out of the relationship (wanting to exit).
Usually this is finalised within 5 sessions and at the end of each session we check to see how each partner is feeling and thinking about moving forward. Discernment counselling can be finalised at the conclusion of any individual session in the series.
